DELIVERY
For in-stock items, delivery will be approximately 1 week. For items not in stock, please allow 4 to 8 weeks for delivery. For custom orders (made to order & not on the catalog) items, contact our office for the delivery time.
CUSTOM ORDERS
If you have a unique style hand-crafted glassware, we may be able to reproduce it. Send us a picture or sketch and description and we will send you an estimate.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
If you are not satisfied, products can be returned for a refund, less 20% restocking fee, within 10 days of the merchandise being delivered. Custom Orders may only be returned if broken or damaged.
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
Damaged freight must be reported to us immediately and damaged merchandise must be returned to us before being replaced.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
For any return a 20% restocking fee is applicable on the corresponding refund.
